Delivery Information

Free UK Delivery Over £15

We’re delighted to offer free UK delivery on all orders over £15. Once sent, your order will arrive within 48 via Royal Mail tracked service. Enjoy our premium Italian espresso without any extra delivery costs.

Standard Delivery

For orders under £15, a delivery fee of £2.95 will be applied. Once sent, these orders will also be delivered within 48 hours via Royal Mail, ensuring you get your coffee as quickly and securely as possible.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your order every step of the way.

International Delivery

We currently ship only within the UK but are working on expanding our delivery options to international destinations soon.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Authorisation: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return Conditions: Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened coffee products unless there is a quality issue. Shipping costs to return unwanted items are to be paid for by the customer. We recommend obtaining a proof of delivery, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.
